The founder
Seventeen years in uniform teaches you what structure is for.
Apostle Omyni Harrell served seventeen years in the military. She learned order, accountability and the cost of a chain of command that fails the people inside it. She also learned what happens to women who are harmed and then handed a form.
She left the service as a certified life and transformation coach, published the devotional Devotions Outside the Box, and became an advocate for women veterans and survivors of Military Sexual Trauma. Women started bringing her their businesses. Not their business plans. Their businesses, unbuilt, in a folder, three years old and still not registered.
The pattern never changed. The calling was settled. The company was missing. So she built the thing that was missing and put a covering over it.
Legacy
WBK exists so that what you build outlives you. Every year a business stays unbuilt is an inheritance that does not get passed down. We are in the business of transferable assets, not personal brands.
Mission
To build and empower a new breed of entrepreneurs with tools, knowledge, guidance and structure, and to strategically provide resources that position them for generational growth, life and success.
Vision
A network of covered companies, each one governed, profitable and teachable, each one raising the next builder. The student becomes the teacher. That is the whole design.
